After several years in fine dining management I decided to take my passion for cultivating mushrooms, and combine it with my expertise in fine dining to create Shroommelier.

Shroommelier combines the finesse of the seasoned sommelier with retail knowledge and sustainable approach to cultivating gourmet mushrooms.
